We assess claims individually
There is no blanket “verified development” badge. Every claim has a status, an exact source link and a document locator. A source link proves attribution; it does not prove the underlying claim is correct.
- Publisher statement
- A named project publisher, developer or marketer makes this statement. We have not independently established the underlying legal position.
- Historical statement
- A dated or clearly historical statement. It does not establish present status.
- Sources differ
- The cited sources differ. Their chronology or applicability has not been resolved.
- Open question
- The relevant evidence has not been obtained. This is not a finding of non-compliance.
- Official record reviewed
- An official record was reviewed for the specific fact stated. Official records establish identified filings, not full site verification or planning permission.
Dates and freshness
The review date records when we read a source. Publication and event dates are recorded separately where available. We do not infer a delay from a past estimated handover. Changed source content requires a new editorial review.
Parcel identity
Planning parcel labels, registry finca numbers and cadastral references are different identifiers. A sales-office address is not a development boundary. Catastro responses establish returned parcels, not full development boundaries. No dossier has a complete site and municipal match.
Imagery and prices
No satellite analysis or transaction-price comparison has been performed for these dossiers. We publish no physical completion percentage, crane count or project-specific deed price. Area statistics would require a clear geographic scope, period and comparison method.
Funding and conflicts
This research pilot has no referral agreement configured. Enquiries stay with the operator. If a referral arrangement is introduced, the recipient and commercial interest must be disclosed before the buyer chooses to share details. Payment must never determine an evidence status or editorial conclusion.
Corrections
Use the question form on the relevant dossier to identify a disputed claim and its supporting document. No personal documents are required. Earlier sample parcel records are excluded from this build and its downloads.
